- A 6 month moratorium/suspension on tenant rental arrear terminations if a tenant is able to demonstrate they are experiencing difficulties paying rent as a result of COVID-19
- An interim 60 day stop on landlords seeking to evict tenants due to rent arrears as a result of COVID-19 – meaning from the 15/04/2020, until 15/06/2020 landlords cannot issue termination notices to tenants for non-payment of rent
