– National home values continue to rise steadily, up by 0.6% last month and 10.2% since 2022.
– Sydney’s home values have increased for three consecutive months, with a 0.9% rise in the first quarter, especially in unit values.
– Despite demand, housing supply remains a concern, with approvals for new dwellings falling short of targets.
