No doubt we are facing some challenging times at the moment, with the impacts of the Coronavirus extending further down the path of ‘extreme’ (perhaps somewhat exaggeratedly, but definitely warranted), and we come into what is referred to as uncharted territory.
In terms of real estate related impact we can certainly see the change in our day-to-day interactions, with no more handshaking, distancing ourselves physically from others, and hand sanitizer becoming a ‘must-have’ at inspections. All things considered, as a company we feel it’s important to adapt quickly in such circumstances and ask ourselves “what else can we do”?
